We knew that the paint on the exterior would need to be addressed right away and that we would likely be doing it ourselves. Our neighbor had recently had Prime Painting and Construction out to quote his exterior paint and recommended that I gave them a call. Best decision I ever made! Alexis came out right away to start the quoting process. He was very professional and thorough with preparing the quote, and answered any questions I had. The quoted price to paint the house was much better than other neighbors had paid for similar sized houses. The first day of work was actually cleaning the house. Alexander and Salvador worked extremely hard to get everything cleaned and ready for prep. Just the cleaning made the house look better than it ever had. Once the prep started we had their lead Jonathan out here every day from morning to evening until the job was completed. Jonathan was accompanied by Hector, Luis, and of course Alexis. I worked in the trades for many years and rarely did I see a group of guys that worked as hard as the Prime Painting crew. Every one of them was very precise and efficient. If something wasn’t done to their highest standard they would do it again until it was perfect. They truly exceeded my expectations. All the lines are straight and crisp, touch up was done on every surface no matter how difficult it was to reach, the repairs that needed to be done to siding were done very well, prep was done perfectly, and they cleaned up every night before they finished. They did all this on some of the hottest days we had this summer. Not only are they all very professional but they are extremely nice guys that were always a pleasure to interact with. Truthfully, we miss having them at the house now that the work is done. When we start doing interior painting we will only use Prime Painting and I will almost certainly have some construction projects for them as well. Give them a call; I personally guarantee you won’t regret it. Prime painting was a delight to work with from day1! The guys were always very helpful and friendly. I had my house painted, and had several improvements and fixes done, (such as dry rot) and everything was done to my specifications and at a reasonable price. My home looks incredible. Better than i could have imagined. Highly satisfied with cleaning sanding and painting (two coats) of our fencing, which is rather large.! Owner very professional and knowledgeable. Field Team members accomplished quality work with care to our property. Always cleaned up daily and at end of project. Would recommend this company. SECOND PROJECT: Window Trim Recently had windows replaced. Alexis C promptly gave us an estimate and put us on the schedule, tentatively to coordinate with installers estimated time of completion. When windows were installed, he advanced the painting project, which was great so the pre-primed trim would not be exposed to the elements. Furthermore, they took great effort to assure the house wall paint matched. Windows and trim came out great. Did a great clean-up job as well. They completed everything in just one day and were very thorough with prep work and final quality checks before wrapping up. We also really appreciated how respectful they were of our home logistics — our baby was napping and our dog was home during the project, and they worked carefully and thoughtfully to make sure everything went smoothly for us. Their work was impeccable. My 30 year old dark pine cabinets are now a beautiful cream color and look brand new. They refinished a custom pine island which we decided not to paint. It looks great.
